HINT on amount of RENT on property

The amount stated here should be the TOTAL amount PER WEEK that your entire group CAN AFFORD or are willing to SPEND for the ENTIRE FLAT ( unless you are on your OWN - see below) - this figure is quoted by the WEEK and does NOT include any bills, unless otherwise stated and verified with the landlord or his agent.

IN A GROUP ?

For example if there are THREE of you in a group and you can afford £130 EACH,.... then the total amount you should put in this space is £390 which is 3 X £130 = £390 ( so type in 390 no £ sign) ...this is irrespective of whether you want a TWO or THREE BED FLAT

If there are FOUR people in your group, and you can afford to pay £100 each - you should type in 4 x £100 = £400 (so type in 400 no £ sign)

SINGLE ?

If you are the only one in your group, then you should only type in the ACTUAL amount PER WEEK that you can afford for the rent. So if you are looking for a room on your own, and can afford £130 per week, then the amount you state is £130 ( type in 130 no £ sign).... (remember the type of property)
