HINT on TYPE of propertyTry and be as specific as possible when stating the TYPE of property that you are looking for. AVOID stating more than one type of property if possible. SINGLE and looking for a flat share? - then state BEDSIT / ROOM for the type It is NOT necessary for you to click on any other types of property as you will automatically be sent details of ANY rooms that become available, within ANY type of property including ONE, TWO, THREE BEDROOM properties etc. etc. DO NOT click on any other property type unless you would consider taking a studio or LARGER flat on your own. SINGLE and looking for your OWN FLAT- then state the TYPE of property you require eg STUDIO or LARGER For example a STUDIO or ONE BED FLAT or LARGER. You will automatically be sent details of ANY flats that become available, within your PRICE RANGE, even if they are in a different size category than what you have stated. So for example, if you state that you want a studio for around £200, you will ALSO be sent details of one bed flats which are in the same price range. IN A GROUP? - then state the TYPE of property you require eg TWO BED For example a TWO bed FLAT. You will automatically be sent details of ANY flats that become available, within your PRICE RANGE, even if they are in a different size category than what you have stated. So for example, if you state that you want a two bed flat for around £330, you will ALSO be sent details of THREE BED flats which are in the same price range.
